Minimum order quantity
MOQ depends on the product, fabric and trim availability, color breakdown and production route. It is discussed style by style.
Shipping basis
FOB Qingdao is a common starting point. Other mutually agreed Incoterms can be reviewed according to the destination and order structure.
Samples
Sample type, cost, timing and courier arrangements are confirmed before development begins.
Production timing
A delivery window is confirmed after product details, quantity, material availability and required approvals are clear.
Payment
Payment terms are agreed in the quotation or sales contract and may vary according to the order and business relationship.
Final agreement
